Delivery & returns
Here is what delivery costs, how long it usually takes, and what must be true for a return or exchange to be eligible.
Costs and estimated timing
- UAE: AED 25 below the free-shipping threshold · estimated 1–2 business days.
- GCC countries: AED 50 below the free-shipping threshold · estimated 3–5 business days.
- Other countries: AED 80 below the free-shipping threshold · estimated 5–7 business days.
Free worldwide shipping is included on orders over AED 400. Your final delivery option and charge are shown before payment. International duties and taxes are not included and may be collected by your local customs authority.
What is eligible
You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be made within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Undamaged, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging, with the hygiene seal intact
Return delivery is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original delivery charges are non-refundable in those same ordinary return cases.

Email hi@weargnj.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. Please wait for our instructions before sending it back.
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to show the funds.
Tell us within 7 days
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, GNJ covers the return delivery.
