Start with your usual underwear size and check the size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes, message us before ordering with your usual size and preferred rise or coverage. We will help you compare the options without guessing.

The Sculptor is our highest-rise brief with fuller coverage. The Elegant is a familiar everyday brief. The Smoother is a high-waist thong, while the Unseen is a lighter thong designed for minimal coverage. Start with rise and coverage, then choose colour, size and quantity on that product page.

Modal is the fabric we kept coming back to: soft against the skin, breathable through long days, and flexible enough to move with your body without losing its shape. Every GNJ pair is finished with a 100% cotton gusset. Cotton is naturally breathable and absorbent, helping the most intimate area feel comfortable through long days and warm weather. Our modal fabric partner maintains internationally recognized standards, including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Product Class I, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and states compliance with European REACH requirements.

Follow the garment label. A cool 30°C wash with similar colours and air drying are the gentlest options. Avoid bleach, ironing and dry cleaning.

Free worldwide shipping is included on orders over AED 400. Below that threshold, UAE delivery is AED 25 and usually takes 1–2 business days, GCC delivery is AED 50 and usually takes 3–5 business days, and delivery elsewhere is AED 80 and usually takes 5–7 business days. Your final delivery option and charge are shown before payment.

We send tracking details when your order is dispatched. If the email is missing, send us your order number at hi@weargnj.com and we will check it for you.

Your country may apply local import duties or taxes. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price and, when applicable, are collected locally by the carrier or customs authority.

Message us as soon as possible with your order number. If packing has not started, we will try to help. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, a change may no longer be possible.

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be made within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, the item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with its original tags and hygiene seal intact.

Email hi@weargnj.com within 30 days for an exchange or within 14 days for a return. Include your order number and the item you want to send back. We will confirm the next step before you send anything. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will update you after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Email hi@weargnj.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

GNJ is created for women everywhere and produced with manufacturing partners in China. We choose partners for the quality of their fabric, construction and standards. The certifications currently listed by our manufacturing partners include GRS 4.0, Intertek, WRAP Gold, Amfori BSCI and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.

GNJ is made for long days, heat, movement and a cleaner line under clothes. The intention is gentle support and everyday comfort—not firm shapewear-level compression.
