How It Started

Born in Dubai.
Made for long days.

GNJ started in Dubai. Not in a boardroom — in a group chat. A conversation between friends who were tired of importing underwear that was not designed for our climate, our bodies, or our wardrobes.

We spent 14 months working with textile engineers to develop a micro-modal fabric that breathes in 45°C heat, paired it with a 100% cotton gusset designed for everyday comfort, and built flatseam construction that sits smoothly under everything from dresses to gym leggings.

We did not launch with twenty products. We launched with four. Because we would rather get four things perfect than twenty things average.

Refund Policy

At GNJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process simple and transparent. Please read through our Return and Refund Policy below to ensure you understand our return procedure.

1. Returns

We want you to love your GNJ purchases! If you need to return an item, please contact us at hi@weargnj.com within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Undamaged
With tags attached
In original packaging

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hi@weargnj.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

Your order number
Details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
Ensure that the item is in its original condition (unworn, hygiene seal intact, and tags attached)

Once we receive your return request, we will guide you through the next steps. Please ship the package back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hi@weargnj.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.

5. International Returns

Currently, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the UAE. However, if there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us at hi@weargnj.com, and we will do our best to find a solution.

6. Exchanges

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can request a return and then place a new order for the desired item. Please follow the same process for returning the original item, and we will assist you in the next steps.

7. Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items, or if the tag has been removed. Returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted:

Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and the hygiene seal intact.
The item should be in the original packaging.

This policy complies with the UAE's Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, ensuring that your rights are protected. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review updates periodically.
